Please Note: Remote support is provided as a convenience to our customers. Remote support sessions are billable to the customer. Not all situations can be resolved remotely.
This option will create a quick session without the need for an install. As soon as you close the program the remote connection is removed.
If directed, please use this option to install a standing connection which may be used for ongoing system monitoring and troubleshooting.
